Parking is available near the hotel. There are a limited number of parking spaces, so these must be reserved in advance. You can use the car park from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:30 p.m. on the day of departure. The cost is €23 per car per night.
Our car park does not have a charging station for electric cars.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage. For an additional charge of €25, you can also book an early check-in. This allows you to check in at 12 noon. If you expect to arrive late, please let us know in advance.

Are you travelling with a lot of luggage or do you have difficulty walking? Please let us know. Not all rooms are accessible by lift.
On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 11:00. If desired, we will gladly store your luggage for you. Should you wish to check out later, we can offer a late check-out until 13:00 for an additional charge of €25.
Pets are welcome at our hotel. However, we do charge a supplement of €17.50 per night. Please remember to mention this when making your reservation!
Cancellations must always be requested in writing via e-mail, and will be confirmed in writing to avoid misunderstandings. We cannot process cancellations made by telephone. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Please note that if you wish to cancel your reservation after this time, cancellation fees will apply.
In the event of a late cancellation, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
When cancelling a reservation with a non-refundable rate, the total cost will be charged and you will not be entitled to a refund or change to the reservation.
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
A stay contribution of €5 per person per day applies to all reservations. 
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our transactions.
